The quality of the images are very fuzzy and entirely too small I cannot recommend this ornament type. I was so excited with how it looked online but the quality and size.

I didn’t want to leave a review, but I couldn’t find a way to report that I didn’t receive my package. So… one star because I didn’t get what I ordered. Hopefully someone will see my review and look into it.

The images I sent and personalization was perfect. The only disappointment is the ring around the edges (the non personalized part) does not seem as vivid/clear.

I ordered a ten foot banner, same color, logo, all of it, a few months back. It came out great. I needed a little one for indoor events. So I ordered the same exact one. But much smaller size. Guess what??? It’s terrible. The grommets are all beat up. It’s crooked. The grommets aren’t straight. The sign wasn’t sealed properly on the ends and it looks like crap. It’s seriously night and day difference from my order a few months ago. It looks like crap. I’ve contacted customer service to hopefully get my money back.
