This ornament is made of paper! I guess I didn’t read the description close enough, I figured it would be acrylic but it’s paper! The picture and printing were done well but I didn’t like the quality of the ornament

The images came out pretty grainy, despite being high resolution. I used a similar design a couple of years ago and the image was much clearer and sharper. Zazzle tried to help me out by reprinting several times, but the quality was never great.

Exquisite gift wrap. I placed an order and received two rolls. My sole oversight was neglecting to select the glossy paper, which incurs an additional charge but is undoubtedly worth the additional expense! Experience is the best teacher. This vendor provides exceptional customer service in order processing and shipping. I highly recommend this magnificent gift wrap, but advise opting for the glossy finish rather than matte.

Very pretty, however came un-assembled which was disappointing and inconvenient. It was frustrating to have to put something together unexpectedly. Not the level of service/quality I had hoped when paying this kind of price. I’ll keep because it’s too late to replace them, but won’t order again.

This is the third tile I've ordered – I'm creating a collection for my Mom. They are great, all of them!!

I paid extra to have a memorial ornament sent to my mom by Friday 11/29/24. It is still sitting in AZ and has been since the 23rd. This is not acceptable. I paid extra so my mother would not be by herself when she opened it. However it now looks like that’s what will happen as I have to return home which is three hours away. This review is not about the ornament I ordered. I will write a review when it gets here.

Mug is all black - photo shows white mug with black handle - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Replacement was much better. I wasn’t expecting the grey tones on the edges, but since they are blended and no definite line, it’s good. Thank you for correcting and quick response and service.

x-mas ornament was great, brought a tear to my eye.

I had purchased the same one over a year ago and it broke and I just replaced it for my 91 year old mother

Ornament was perfect but there wasn’t a ribbon to hang it by.

The Logo and writing was very blurry unable to read it.
