The ornament was not cut square. The print was printed on the ornament lean. The picture is also blurry, and there was no issue with it online. I’m extremely disappointed again.

I am extremely disappointed with this ornament. The ornament itself was not cut straight and so the print was crooked. In addition, the print is extremely blurry. I was extremely disappointed with Zazzle after a previous unfortunate experience.

Disappointed. Didn’t turn out as well as I hoped. Probably should have gone with a white mug.

We have a Christmas Event Tomorrow and wanted some ornaments to give to our clients. We ordered from Zazzle for the first time based off a ornament they have. The ornament was no where near their own design, and it was blurry. So I called and was suppose to have a replacement sent to us, 4 days later. Well it has been 6 and event is tomorrow! , so I called to find the replacement order and they never put the replacement in . All of that to say if you are thinking about using them..AHT AHT DONT!! First time and last time!!

Do not trust the shipping information. They use USPS which is not reliable. Ordered this item 11/20 and still has not arrived.

I bought this Christmas poinsettia mug for my MIL and she absolutely loved it. She thought the floral design with good accents was beautiful
