Damaged in transit & never got a replacement

I have never ordered any product that said Anderson. I have received 2 orders that said Anderson!!! I have paid $21 dollars for with Andersen that I cannot use!!!!! Please refund this order. I am done explaining that I am not Andersen!!!

The product arrived on time. I was surprised at the speed as it arrived within days of being ordered. I am very pleased with the purchase, the quality is very good and it looks a lot better than how it appears online. I ordered this product as a sample for a potential client at an auto mechanic shop. He was thrilled with the product and wants to put in an order soon.

The wine color was changed to royal purple, not what I ordered.

Text came out very blurry on the bottom. It almost looks smudged in places. Unhappy as I was planning on gifting this to a friend and I'm too embarrassed of the quality to do that.

My photo mat came out amazing!! The pictures were very clear and mat is of good quality. Was very impressed with both photo quality and speed of arrival!

Are these dishwasher safe??????? I didn't read anywhere where they are or not. You might want to add that bit of information.
