VERY POORLY PACKED. One of the two was broken. Please replace.

All I can say is, this cup is beautiful! I'm going to order another one.

Ordered this ornament Nov. 20th... still have not received it even though was told NLT Monday, Dec. 2nd delivery date. Today is Dec. 9th... tracking says it's still working on a label.

This is the third time ordering an apron. The first time was ok. The 2nd time, the name was so crooked that I returned. They refunded the $. I decided to order a 3er time thinking the 2nd time was just a fluck. Nope, it was crooked again. Last time I am ordering from this company. The t-shirts are cheap fabric too.
