I ordered 4 tiles. Only received 1. The other 3 were cancelled due to unavailability. But I was still charged same shipping and handling for the original order for 4. The single tile was over packaged in box meant for a larger order. Also disappointed that many tiles advertised are seemingly always unavailable.

This gift wrap is so cute! It is a thick quality paper. I loved how I could personalize that.

We get a personalized ornament every year and this turned out to be one of my favorites ever. High-quality and looks great on the tree. Just be wary of where the edge of your photo cuts off. (You can see a second ear on the right of the bevel but that's no fault of the designer; that was my cropping.) Great product. Shipped fast. 5 stars. Wish I could buy it again but we do a different design ever year. Highly recommend.

The tape they used to close it ripped the wrapping paper and the whole edge is information about the paper and the shipping which should be written somewhere else. So I’m supposed to cut off part of the wrapping paper? Really poorly done.

The banner itself is great quality and very easy to assemble. Easy to travel with. I’ve done 2 events and it takes only a few minutes to have it set up. Unfortunately the color that I received is off from the color I ordered. I tried to look past it but honestly it’s just a little too blush/pink for my liking. Especially out in the daylight it’s very noticeable. At this point I wish I would have just kept it simple with black and white. My theme is very neutral and the banner shade throws my whole set up off and doesn’t match my other banner I previously ordered on Zazzle which is more of a tan shade. I don’t want to be dramatic but as a small business this was a more expensive purchase for us so I’m just disappointed :(

When I ordered this color mug in the design box I could clearly see the pictures on it, but now I have the mug and the pictures are so dark I have to get right up close to see any details, this is bad designing , I can understand the greyish color of the mug( that's what I wanted) but to darken the pictures too? I don't understand why you would do that, I've done quite a bit of business with Zazzle and this is the first time I've had a problem with the product sadly this was suppose to be a Christmas gift and I can't give this thing to my son, so I'll have to rush to find something else before Christmas, and I don't expect Zazzle to try and correct this flaw even if you did, with your delivery history it most likely wouldn't be here before Christmas, I may have to find another company to buy these products from because I have ALOT of these type of products I'm gonna need to get next year. Not happy at all. Bobby

So cute and so easy to assemble! My fiancé and I put the labels on in less than fifteen minutes. They shipped so quickly and are the perfect size to give as a little favor. I’ve shown a few of my friends pictures of them and have gotten so many compliments on how chic they are. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

The quality of the product was good. I didn't give a 5 star rating because the color was not as vibrant as in previous purchases of the same product.
