Over all, I'll use the cups, however one came with color spray all around the letters and looked very fuzzy, and another came with a dent right in the middle of some of my text. One of them did actually look good which is why it isn't a totally bad review. I'm not exactly pleased with the quality, but they'll work I suppose

These ornaments are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately they were promised for Dec 6th and arrived Dec 10th, after my event.

Surpassed my expectations! This creator just makes magic! I ordered this pillow for my friend for a Christmas gift and it turned out absolutely beautiful! The mug was shipped out after payment and creation. There seemed to be a hiccup(lost item) by the courier. I reached out to customer care and they responded quickly and sent a new mug quickly while doing an investigation with the shipping company. I received it today and am very pleased. It looks just like the picture I created on the Zazzle site. Good quality of mug and photo

So perfect! Was super nervous to order after reading previous reviews. But glasses came out exactly how I wanted not blurry at all. SUPER fast shipping as well. Can’t believe I only paid $30 for 2 custom glasses, will definitely order again.

Very disappointed. "Forgot" to add 2nd picture and when asked to correct/expedite where this was a pre-Christmas gift for a child was offered a Zazzle credit not a refund.

I love the yoga mat, but they made a printing mistake on my design. They left a big white line running through my mat. This was not a design mistake I made either. I'm not happy about that. Also, it should have at least came with a carrying strap. This yoga mat is huge, so if you are looking for a small one, then this isn't the mat for you.

Absolutely awful. I got my first order it was pink. Got refunded and got the same order but worse the second time. I asked to have a complete refund even for the one I was going to keep but can no longer use if I don’t have three banners. Don’t use zazzle!

I got this ornament for my newborn baby’s first Christmas. I will not be uploading a photo due to privacy of my child’s face, but I am extremely disappointed. It is undeniably crooked and the photo of him/words are blurry. I will be getting another ornament elsewhere and not using this one.

I was very disappointed with the quality of images. Images were very faded, and parts of the image did not print well.
