Not at all satisfied. But didn't return because my daughter loved it. The writing was so blurry if you didn't know what it said you would have been able to read it. It arrived marked up with fingerprints all over it. I had to take alcohol to try to clean them off. I would NEVER order from here ever again. Way to expense for what I got and I've ordered these before from other companies and loved them.

I love the ornament. The pictures are very clear and the texture is a smooth finish. I give the item the highest rating but the delivery time gets the lowest. I ordered it to place on the Remembrance Memorial Tree for murdered victims as my son was killed in April. It was expected to arrive on 12/12 then 12/13. However, I didn't get it until 12/16 by which time I had missed placing it on the tree, at the event, that was on 12/14.

The picture was too light & fuzzy and the printing was also too light. Very disappointed

My customer absolutely loves her mug. She loves the printing and it arrived just in time for her birthday!

I wish I could say I love this wrapping paper but the color is waaay off from the description. Says “dark Christmas red” which was what I was wanting but this is more a raspberry dark pink. See picture next to my dark red Christmas ornament for comparison. Hoping they’ll take it back but save yourself the time and find a different color.

Wow very tiny, was not expecting that for the more expensive “premium” style. Can barely make out the words and I have 20/20 vision. And the printing is blurry. Would love my $20 back.

All of girl friends have been friends for 50+ years and this special photo bag went to the first of us to turn 70! It was perfect... the pics and coloring were vibrant and all the details were excellent!!

I have enjoyed making three metal Christmas ornaments this year. They turned out cute and people have enjoyed them. I found it difficult to know how to put a different message or picture on the opposite side. Also, I thought the Christmas truck ornament was Christmas red and green, but it's more fuchsia and dark purple.

I have been ordering Christmas ornaments from Zazzle for a number of years for each of my grandchildren. Zazzle never disappoints, the design process is easy and the quality and processing time are great. The kids and their parents love hanging them on the tree and they always bring back a memory of a special time from the past year.
