The design was beautiful but the image and colors were very faint. Not entirely as represented on my computer.

Turned out even better than expected. Had this put on a water bottle and it was perfect!

I sent a note over a week ago stating that the writing on two of the ornaments ordered were illegible...had no response...not a good customer experience. Now too late to reorder. Please refund me.

The pictures are very small on the back and the quality is very fuzzy. Almost impossible to identify faces in these pictures. One ornament was made incorrectly and missing the backside. I am still waiting for the reprint from Zazzle which should arrive this week. If I did these again I wouldn’t choose this tiny picture design. It’s just way too small.

Outside of ornament not polished, metal burrs, no paper between ornaments, some of the finish scuffed..,

It is great. The only thing I regret is that I should have ordered the 20oz mug.

Ordered Dec 1 and still haven’t received it !! Emailed several times to no one getting back with me !! This was for a memorable tree in home town and know I do t even need since Christmas will be over even if I do receive it !!!!

Wrapping paper is very nice, but they should wrap a see-through piece or nonstick tape around it when they ship. The sticker is hard to pull off and tears a portion of the paper. Also, it is EXTREMELY difficult to edit the design. I've been purchasing items from Zazzle over 10 years and have never experienced this much difficulty with the design tool.

i love the bottle. reminds me of actually being at hopewell rocks. don't like the lid. the open / close piece is hard to slide back and forth. thinking about getting another lid.

The tile had hairline scratches and the image was incredibly dark. My money was refunded (Thank you!)--but I was afraid to try this image, again. I love Zazzle. I'm sorry to have to leave this review.
