I have not received by date promised.

Several of the ceramic tile ornaments from my most recent order arrived broken, as well as two of the glass tumblers. On a different note, I have noticed this year the finish has changed on the tiles. Where it used to be glossy and smooth, now they are matte and rougher. I am not certain if you've changed the way these are created or if i am now supposed to specify the finish, but i did not see any finish options when i ordered. The glossy was much more favorable. the matte finish looks and feels cheap and as if it won't last more than a few years without rubbing off.

I had to reach out to the recipient and ask if they received the mug because my email said it was delivered - very uncomfortable. My friend said she got it but there was no indication as to who sent it. I signed the gift card and wrote a note but nothing was included. I’m waiting to hear back from her to see if it was the correct mug. FAIL of a supposed to be fun holiday gift.

came with engraving on the back that I did not order... Have been trying for 3 days to get someone to help me with this. No response.

I have still not received my package. Do you know when it is scheduled to arrive?

Mugs are perfect. This is my first time ordering from Zazzle, and it was a very smooth transaction and quick turnaround.

This has white lines in a grid pattern where the design didn't print. It looks awful.

The color was way more yellow than I'd hoped.

Still awaiting delivery, paid too much for delivery and item is 3 days late already.

I give personalized ornaments to my family every year and this is a nice addition to the collection.

We love the pillows we had custom made! They are perfect and a wonderful blessing as we now remember my BIL and can hug him whenever with the pillows! Excellent quality!

Ordered with gift pouch but never received it

Looks awful, I have ordered the exact same mug for other family members & those were all perfect. This one was WELL below standards. I am very upset and disappointed. In fact almost embarrassed to give it as a present not what I ordered at all.
