I like that I can personalize my grandson's Christmas and birthday paper because they're 2 weeks apart and I live 4 states away. His parents love the paper. I did the paper for his first Christmas and birthday last year and everybody loved it.

You can barely see the lettering on that ornament. Wish you had suggestions of fonts that show up on the ornament. It looked good in profile as I was making the ornament but it barely shows up. Very disappointing

Ordered on 11/30 and it is now 12/22, I still haven't received my order. I tried looking on the site for a way to contact customer service but it only takes me to Q&A pages. Really wanted this gift before Christmas which is why I ordered it last month!

There are bubbles and spots on both sides of the ornament, and the pictures are blurry. I guess you get what you pay for…

My order was expected to arrive on 12/16, and it’s now 12/21 and still not here. I ordered this before 12/7, expecting it to be here for a family Christmas get together tomorrow, 12/22. I’m so annoyed.

Much darker than the photos, the detail and writing is lost. I got the ceramic version, perhaps it is brighter on the metal one.

Super cute wrapping paper for the building block lover in your family on Christmas. Great, thick black paper. I would go for over 6 feet as I needed more. Great quality!

The mug is dark grey - not as pictured.

Image quality came out very poor. It was a professionally taken imagine, not sure what happened there. The hole on the ornament was off Center so it hangs crooked as well. Last of all, it has a chip on the front of the ornament. Do not buy.

I love it. I love that they have some saying that you can put on the mug or you can make your own. I ordered on the 16th and received on the 21st. A lot quicker than I thought. I’m so excited to see the 2 other mug I just orderd!!

Horrible!! I ordered cups for work party and 2 of 11 not received in package!!!! now too late to get for party! So DISAPOINTED W/ZAZZLE SHIPPING DEPT. SHOULD HYAVE BEEN CAUGHT!! now 2 of 11 coworkers w/out personalized gift. So Angry!!!
