Never arrived! Christmas was yesterday & had no notice when or if it was coming!

Pictures are very poor quality compared to review that you do before placing the order! They say they guarantee their work and that you can send back what you don’t like to get your money back or to re-create the item with some kind of improvement. Unfortunately, however… most of what they create are gifts that have a deadline by which you want to give it to the recipient. This was a Christmas gift to my son. It arrived on time right before Christmas… But not with enough time to return and have the issue corrected. Placement and spelling was correct… But the pictures were SO extremely blurry and faded… Not at all the quality of the picture that I looked at when I did the review before placing the order! Unfortunately, both ornaments that I made… one for my son and one for his girlfriend… or similarly extremely blurry with very poor quality. I’m super disappointed in the results.

The ornament is wonderful! My grandson loves it! You do a great job on ornaments and other gifts that have personal pictures on them!

The family ornament that I ordered turned out great! I loved it and so did my daughter in law whom it was for.

I love to personalize their tote bags. I must love them because I have over five in various shapes and sizes. I continue to purchase them because the quality of both the bag and the printing is stellar - with rich color reproduction of both images and text. I ordered this as a favor for my elderly dad as a gift for my mom. It didn’t come with the black handle that he favored.

Love this mug. Fantastic quality, great size for my hubbies morning coffee. And better still it has his favorite cats to remember them and an item to cherish with their memories.

I would like the ornament redone since the hole for the ribbon is through my grandson’s forehead. The picture could have been moved down and the hole would be over his head.

Just wonderful they made great gifts

I ordered this ornament on Dec. 2nd with an estimated delivery date of Dec.11th. It was meant to be a Xmas gift. It is now Dec. 26th and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking has an endless list of transfers and stops. Quite disappointing to say the least.

The quality is very poor and the writing is virtually unreadable. This is for my daughter’s engagement party and she will be sick when she sees these. I’m so disappointed.

I love my mugs!!! I got them for Christmas gifts and I am not computer savvy at all. My mug came actually like I wanted. The mug that was ordered is nice and big. Very sturdy and some weight to it but this is a mug that will last! The colors of both photos are visible and vibrant. I will definitely order again for gifts!
