A few prints had color imperfections.

I placed an order on 12/4 for a paper ornament took 18 days to receive it (12/22) the flowers on the right are off centered and now it's too late to have a replacement done.

The paper is sturdy, colorful and who doesn't love trees?! It's a wonderful way to say how much thought went into this PRESENTation.

Photo is too dark. It doesnt look as nice as what is advertised. Will look for this item elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking. Mug arrived broken and clearly packaging was poorly done. No bubble wrap or anything. No communication back when I tried to reach out for a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Some of us don’t have bucket loads of money to spend on replacement presents. Pay all this money for shipping and this business can’t even provide bubble wrap.

Terrible picture quality. Very pixelated. Had to reorder through a different company and for the same price got much better quality items.

Id ordered all kinds of safari type paper off Zazzle. It was all high quality paper and provided very special gifts for a girl getting ready to go to Africa this winter.

I wanted the Our first Christmas as Mr. and Mrs. Campbell 2025 both sides. But they sent me the actual sample picture of Mr and Mrs Williams on the other side. And I could've sworn I personalized it carefully when I ordered it. Not very satisfied

This I not etched glass it’s a bloody sticker and I brought it to replace yet another fake advertising “etched glass”. Very disappointed. Just advertise it as a sticker which is what it is!

I ordered personalized wrapping paper and this is not the quality I expect from Zazzle. It looks like the wrapping paper was bought in bulk and someone got a stamper and stamp the child’s name below merry Christmas. It’s not the same font and it’s very small. The rubbing paper is good quality, though, and I have ordered other personalized wrapping paper that was very pleased with, but this does not meet the standards my past purchases.

Images were super blurry on the pictures. You couldn’t even see the faces of who was in them.

Face was not clear. It had a red hue to it that made it look weird

The napkins were perfect for the wedding rehearsal and added the perfect touch.

The quality of the picture was just terrible. I think it was terrible because of the surface of the ornament; it had a textured feel. Had it been smooth, I imagine the print quality would’ve been better. I had to ask Zazzle for a refund, which was given.
