The ornament itself was great. Easy to design and came exactly as ordered. Shipping was fast. I did order and pay for a velvet gift pouch for ornament storage which was not included with the shipment.

It's great to be able to design mugs with my colorings on them.

One word was misspelled

The recipient loves the gift. We're so happy.

There were two ornaments that were engraved incorrectly. The replacements were escalated trying to get them as close to Christmas as possible. Two replacements were sent out. I received only one. I had to call again about the other ornament and they were going to correct the error and ship it, but I have not received it yet. Otherwise, Zazzle is my favorite website.

My nephew smiled when he saw his soccer position / player # on this attractive ornament - loved it!

Thank you for this wonderful ornament. I wanted to commemorate a family trip to Yellowstone National Park in 2024, where we did see wolves. I waited until about a week before Christmas to look for the right ornament! This one is perfect and was delivered on December 23 as promised. Great item!!

Great quality. Sturdy. Got these as Christmas gifts for my father-in-law and brother-in-law. Had their names engraved in it. They arrived quickly. I am Dutch and thought I’d throw some Dutch flavor into my gifts for my American inlaws this year.

NEVER DELIVERED! HAD TO RE-ORDER AND CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!

I ordered 4 mugs. Each mug had the same art but different personalization. Instead of getting four different personalization, I got duplicates of the first two mugs. I put in a ticket with customer service and was promised replacement mugs would arrive by 12/20. It is now 12/29 and I have not received the replacement mugs nor have I been able to get any response from Zazzle.

The person I gifted it to said it was great.

I didn’t expected the fabric to feel like plastic nor the pattern to look stamped. A big disappointment! I think I shall stick to greeting cards and business cards which are lovely products.
