I ordered 3 ceramic ornaments which for 2 of the 3 came out fine. The third ornament cut off part of the design that was requested so it couldn't be gifted as planned for Christmas but hoping Zazzle will make it right and I can get one that came out like the other 2 and gift it late.

Would write 0 if I could. Does not let you know if it was delivered and no one responds to support emails. Ordered a cup over 2 months ago and have not received it or received any communication that it was delivered only that it was shipped.

Picture looked good on the mockup but dark upon receipt. I would've edited the dogs face if it had previewed correctly. Oh well. I had to gift it that way.

Beautiful ornament keepsake of family vaca! Nice heavy weight and clear image. Font seemed smaller on ornament than on monitor. So maybe enlarge that when making. Otherwise lovely!

the fabric is great but a bit dark, the photo I used did not quite stand out, or may be the printing was not bright enough... may be this is more the reason. I used a photo of one of my models- the quality of my image was great and the colours as well but it did not show on the bag.

Still have not received a resolution to missing items

The paper was beautiful. However, for some reason, it did not go "as far" as other wrapping paper of the same size/length. This caused me to run out. Had I known, I would have ordered a 3rd roll.

The ceram8c makes me nervous. Too fragile. U already dropped one and it shattered.

This present brought such delight to the recipient. The designer was very helpful -- I had trouble cropping the photos on my own and he did it for me in no time. I liked the mug so much I just ordered 5 more! Highly recommend
