I'm so pleased with my mug, the print is top quality. It is smooth and part of the mug not something that feels like it's will be easily scrubbed off when washing though I am hand washing it cause I love it so much that I want it to last forever. I can't tell you just how pleased I am how it turned out! I'm definitely getting more of these in future!

Great Armenian Christmas gift for my boyfriend!

The towel I ordered was a totally different color & look from the placemats; placemats fabric appeared to be from the tail end of the fabric bolt- center pattern of placemat was’smeary’ looking. The towel was made from an unusual fabric- not towel quality

Picture on ornament was a little fuzzy compared to original. Also the way it was packaged (with lots of tape) I accidently cut the gold string that was suppose to be used to hang it on the tree. I had to buy some other ribbon and use it.

The ornament with the 2 pictures turned out great. This was my second order because I liked the first one so much shipping was fast.

ALL ornaments orders were PERFECT

Loved the concept [black] and the look with the white words. However, the black [which looked great on screen] had a few markings on it so it didn't have the sharp quality that was expected for gift giving.

I bought speciaI tea bags for my daughter’s bridal tea party. I paid extra to have them put on the labels on the tea bags. Some of them were put on crooked. I could have done a better job myself.
