Came the completely wrong color. Ordered baby blue and it showed up purple TWICE

Perfect size. Rugged and holds a lot.

Love this insulated tumbler! Holds enough tea to get me through the morning.

Some were Blurry and crooked, even on remake.

Turned out with a green tint and some of them were blurry.

Depending on I guess who they subcontract it to, the quality can vary significantly. The first ornaments I ordered were totally smooth and subsequent ones have been textured where the print is and seems lower quality.

It turned out awesome! I was a little worried about the picture quality but they looked great and my husband loved it!

The word "one" is spelled incorrectly. It says "onw." When I tried to return it I had an email that they would credit my account the money for my next purchase. However, that isn't helpful. I have a mug I can't gift anymore and I'm out the money because I'm not trying to order again.

The tree image was nice but the name was scrunched together so it was slightly unclear. It appeared larger on the design page, but it was not easy to read on the printed surface of the cup.

These napkins are amazing & I hope to order more next year.

It was a pretty tumbler but there was a scratch on the front. It isn't something I can fix, but she loves it.

Everything better than expected....except the lower wooden holder wasn't attached parallel to the writing so the calendar looks off kilter when displayed. I would still highly recommend the product ... My Mom loved it. Hopefully more attention to detail though...

Shipping was extremely slow, a full week passed before it was even dropped off to the courier (Express shipping was $28, unreasonable in any case). Delivery took an additional week from there, package was delayed multiple times, and it ultimately arrived several days late, after the delivery date I was originally given. This was an issue for me, as this item was gift, and it did not arrive on time. Do not recommend, and would not buy again.
