The napkins I ordered for my daughter’s bridal shower were beautiful, they matched the theme of the shower and the text looked fantastic!!

Very colorful just like I ordered

Print is to small and not much color in the image Very hard to see image on candy

Said shipped but item was still waiting for pickup to ship for 4 days already Was to receive by 14th but still not turn over to usps as of April 11th

I placed an order for Luncheon and beverage napkins same day and same time. Because of Zazzle's internal processes and rules one order was approved and the other was cancelled because the item said Gucci Loop. I even attempted a second time to get Gucci Loop approved. I appreciate the rules, but please be consistent. I now have one napkin that says Gucci Loop and the other says The loop. This stuff isn't cheap and their customer service is terrible. I attempted to reach out for clarity and consistency and was sent into some loop in the black hole. Go to any other provider for items you need customized. Terrible customer service!

Napkins and cocktail napkins were delivered the day before my daughter's engagement party wrinkled with creases throughout. Very disappointing. We will not use Zazzle for further printing/entertaining uses.
