Beautifully done. Much prettier than expected. Love the color. I'm glad it was not broken in transit. There was no bubble wrap to cushion the item. I would love to order more coffee mugs but, please package them better. Hopefully the seller will see this review. I recommend this product.

A little disappointed. I thought the bag was a little too thin. It's very light don't put anything heavier than a legal pad in it. it's cute that's about it.

The area where the logo went was not set correctly and dipped down in the middle on both the top and bottom areas, very noticeable. The quality of the mug was GREAT, it was sturdy and well-made. It was just the logo was wonky. Customer service was fast and friendly for resolving the issue.

Color is a weird green not grey like shown or description. Photos poor quality and overall poor look with bubbles on film placement. Would not have purchased, sorry.

The image was about 1/4 smaller than the proof/the image in my order and a couple seem very slightly off center. Quality of the print is ok, not great. Quality of the bag is ok too. Overall for the price, I think it's a 3.5-4 star.
