One of the mugs arrived with a broken handle. However, the mugs were absolutely beautiful.

Napkins arrived an awful gray instead of navy blue.

Very disappointed – dog image looks like random brown dots. The image quality is so poor, it just looks like a bunch of brown dots—you can’t even tell it’s a dog. I wish that we were notified that the image we selected would not look good as we would have selected another image that would work better. I expected much better image resolution and clarity. I hope the seller can offer a resolution or improve their printing quality in the future.

The banner looked great but it was delivered 2 weeks after the scheduled delivery date. Unsatisfactory.

THE PRODUCT WAS "BUMPY", AND THE WRITING WAS NOT VERY DARK. I HAD CONSIDERING BUYING MORE FOR GIFTS, BUT NOT NOW, SADLY.

Although the guest book looked wonderful, DO NOT BELIEVE THE NEXT DAY SHIPPING. It clearly states you can get in a couple days with expedited shipping. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!!! They turned around and said they needed multiple days to make it. (6 days for my guestbook) THEN SHIPPING TIME. I had advanced time because of hospice. But, Zazzle could completely RUIN a memorial or celebration of life because of false expectations of delivery time. If you have weeks to wait, the product is in itself, good.

I ordered this personalize wrapping paper early June to make my 1st grandbaby's shower special it was to be delivered Wednesday...it didn't I called and was told/guaranteed it would be here on Friday...it is Saturday night and gifts are waiting to be wrapped BUT NO PAPER. I am having around 80 people attending this shower and now Zazzle has ruined it. I am so heartbroken cause it would have so special.

Fun idea but the image is somewhat blurry on the socks. Also the order arrived after the quotes delivery date. A promo code was provided for a future order because of the delay but that does not make up for the gift not arriving on time.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! They are the perfect little branded piece that we were looking for client's packages. We ship a lot of samples and wanted something to add to the sample box. They are cute, compact, and fit perfectly into shipping boxes, making them an ideal way to leave a lasting brand statement with our clients. Every time they reach for sanitizer, our logo is front and center. I received the package a week before it was scheduled. Great customer service!

The mug ended up fabulous! The seller helped edit the photos and even helped again as I asked for an adjustment. It shipped quick and I am very happy with how it looks and communication was excellent!
