Great product. Customization was a bit painful. The design tool was somewhat slow but I guess that's because my computer only has 8GB of RAM to work with. Oh well. The product arrived early at my parents' house and my mom thought I failed to prepare a gift for my dad's birthday and only made one for father's day. Then she looked at the face of the ring and the realization hit her like a ton of bricks. My dad refuses to wear use this ring holder to prop up his phone because he says it makes him feel geriatric. I can relate. If someone gave me a ring holder with my age on it, even though I'm a Millennial, I'm still not a young man anymore, and I'd be pretty nonplussed about it too.

It was a little darker than what I expected and the image was quite a bit smaller. I wish the product had suggested bright and up close photos more of faces.

I ordered these personalized keychains for 4 of our baseball coaches. I paid $25 for fast shipping so I could have them before our team party. The days passed and the keychains were never delivered. I still had 3 days until the party so I waited and hoped they would come…they never did. It’s been almost a month now and I still have not received my products but I keep getting emails asking about how satisfied I am with Zazzle and what I ordered. I’m not satisfied at all. I spent $75 total for keychains I never received. Even if they do come now, I would have to individually meet up with each coach to give it to them. Ridiculous. I’ll never order from this site again.
