Product very nice, but when paid expedited shipping to get by his birthday, it was not disclosed that this product would not make it in the time paid for. They promised the cost of expedited shipping amount to be refunded within 21 days. I am still waiting.

The hat fits fine and the brim is shaped perfectly. This one will be part of my dog agility trial "uniform".

The embroidery is well done. I was very pleased to have the "kindergarten" type font available. I had used it on a garment bought someplace else and it was great to continue the theme. The font looks as if Rascal, my agility dog, had written it himself.

The Flexfit Wool Cap is a good-looking hat. It was easy to customize the colors and the lettering.

Everything turned out perfectly - fit, color, and embroidery. The only thing I would fix would be the bottom part of the letter K - it doesn't look completed.

I love that I was able to chose a size that fits. It's a very comfortable hat. Sturdy and flexible. My fiance has worn his custom Zazzle hat everyday for about 2 months and it looks great all around. No tearing or odd stretching, it holds it's shape well.

I wanted to get my husband a customized black baseball hat for his birthday and this was the only site I could find that offered black hats with direct embroidery. I was happy to find what I was looking for.

The embroidery turned out Beautifully ! It certainly places the product in a category apart from a printed design. This is the first embriodered piece I've ordered from Zazzle and I'll do it again whenever it's available !

The hats arrived in time and in good shape. The wording and font were just right. Only wish other colors were offered. Would have like a pink hat.

I bought the Navy Flexfit 5% wool conservative baseball cap with plain meaningful simple embroidering. Nice and plain not to draw much attention. I don't like the gaudy looking military embroidered hats in flashy colors transmitting the cheap look. It took me a while to find this cap, but is what the doctor ordered with a professional look! Zazzle's shipping was fast!

The lettering on my hat is as pictured with nice height and readability. Nice work with the stitching.

I think it's a great product for the money. It's my second order from Zazzle - each order was the same - a polo man's shirt with custom imprinted (sewn as specified). I plan to order another design. Because the polo will actually become one size smaller after several machine washings, - I moved up one size than was actually needed. With a promo code or discount - the order and price are quite reasonable.

The embroidery is true to specifications by me, the color (black) does not fade.
