This is a high quality, adjustable ball cap that is very nice looking and built to last. The design emblem printed on the front is also high quality and looks fantastic. I highly recommend using Zazzle!

The embroidery design & final product is great. I love it.

My experience with creating this product was very good. The delivery was prompt and without incident. The only issue I had was that I had a hard time judging how big the embroidery would be, when I created it online. It came out a little smaller than I expected -- but still nice. I plan to place another order with a larger design. I may have missed one of the parameters when creating the design, so I'm not blaming Zazzle at all.

The hat is of good quality, It's a nice chocolate brown and the pink poodle shows up well. The embroidery has been done.

I designed this hat as a father's day gift from me and my sisters. Dad loved it. The design process was super easy!

Looks great, almost exactly like my original digital image. I was worried that the threads wouldn't line up on the edges but it turned out just right.

I created and ordered this hat for my boyfriend, who is a huge fan of the show "Parks and Recreation." Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. The hat is good quality, and arrived in a timely fashion. The color is a bit whiter than pictured, but still happy with it.

I have ordered customized embroidered baseball cap. The quality was very good and delivery was quick but unfortunately the size was small. Any chance i can order the bigger size of the same product? Please do let me know. Thank you.

The quality of hat was excellent - including the sewing, fit and color.

I bought a polo shirt and two tee shirts. They all shrunk about one size after washing. Other than being a little too small to wear now, they are just fine.

Also, they all came with the words "Call Sign" printed either on the sleeve (polo) or under the crest (tee shirts). I figured the words "Call Sign" was just a place holder in case you wanted to have your call sign customized on the shirt. I never dreamed they would print that on the shirt if I didn't customize it. Why on earth would anyone want the words "Call Sign" printed on the shirt? If I didn't want a call sign printed on the shirt, I shouldn't have to customize the shirt to have the place holder deleted. That was disappointing. Otherwise, I just love them.

Good product with exception to "white"

Good, with exception to ordering the BB Cap in white. It has white "Divemaster" stitching as do the others. There appeared to be no consideration to this when being offered. The white color sticking should be defaulted to black.

The embroidery was spot-on and the hat looks just like the photo with one difference: the front panel is wide. That is, this is not a cap, rather a hat. I have a smaller head so I ordered this "cap" because those generally fit better. However, I looked like a little kid wearing my dad's hat. Even on the smallest adjustment, it just didn't look right. I'd recommend this for men or women with a bigger noggin.

Comfortable to wear even when the bag is full. Waterproofing it would be nice .

I just received this cap and it fits perfectly. I can tell it's made of quality material that will last a long time.

Embroidery was perfect. Can't get any better than that.

I liked the product, I wish I had more color options but overall it was a good job on the way the design came out and the feedback I have gotten from customers and employees concerning the new company hats.

The design turned out terrific and I was very pleased with the overall design on the front and sides.

Bought 5 of these for pom moms/grandmas to carry "you name it" in. Basic and use it for football/basketball games to carry all, when we watch the girls perform during half times. Holds jackets, sweatshirts, gloves etc. Love the size. A good catchall. Had all personalized, which was very nicely done. Got great compliments on them. Now more moms want them.

Perfect fit. Husband liked the feel of it. But stitching was off.

Stitching was a little off. Lettering was hard to see.

The hat turned out great! I love how cheap it was too. Unfortunately it came in the mail with a couple of small stains on the fabric; nothing a wet rag couldn't fix but still. Either way I like Zazzle.

The shirt was better than average and looks great.

Considering I did little to the artwork to clean or "spiff it up" the embroidery came out fantastic! It looks many times better than the shirt it replace that were originally made by a local firm.

The hat is exactly the type I was looking for. It has a curved bill and a soft/flimsy top. Most hats seem to be really high in the front. This hat form nicely around your head. One complaint however... Lets start out by saying, I have a big head. This hat is almost to big for my head. I have to adjust the strap as small as it will go... and it still doesn't fit tight. If you order this hat, be warned. It's made for a HUGE noggin.

The embroidery looks GREAT! The color is exactly what I wanted. The design is straight. The font looks just like what I designed.
