Great way to dress up a baseball cap and make it a bit more feminine!

Design was exactly as expected. Grateful for this! However, the biggest disappointment was the thread color. I totally own that it was the color selected. However, I did not like the way the color choice had to be selected. Picking from a color gradient chart was misleading. Would have preferred to have color choices listed instead. Embroidery quality was fine though.

The shirt looks great and I received quite a few positive comments when I wore it at a company outing. It seems a little small for an "XL" however.

The embroidery is elegant and looks great.

It was a holiday present and all was well, except the last letter in the person's name was a small 'h' instead of a capital 'H'

I will never use zazzle again. I purchased this sweatshirt 2+ weeks before Christmas. When it never came and the tracking number said "processing" for weeks, I emailed customer service. I received an email stating that the holiday season created for a longer wait period. I was informed my order would be expidited free of charge and that I would receive an email shortly. Never received. Several weeks later I called customer service. The agent was very professional, and she looked up the order info. She saw that my item was out of stock and that's why I never received it. Was zazzle ever going to let me know this? Or was I going to pay all this money for an item you would never send? The agent gave me a full refund for this item. Then I received an email stating my item was on the way, and now this email asking for my review. Well my review is that I have made sure to tell enough people to NEVER EVER use your terrible company. How absolutely unorganized and unprofessional. Good luck.

Nice quality material with vibrant color embroidery.

Bright red with sharp edges.

I would have liked to have been able to personalize it with my name on the right chest, but this wasn't available.

This hoodie was exactly what I've been looking for in every way. I love my boxer and I'm so proud of this jacket. Fits very true to size, which is rare, so I usually don't order clothing online. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

The embroidery was beautiful! I love that I gotto customize it by choosing the colors that I wanted. Definitely more than satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the embroidery.

A nice heavy weight hoodie. This one fits my 6'1" husband well although he still complains that the cuffs are a little tight. (He had previously ordered an XL of this hoodie in gray with a different embroidery and it was too small. Then we tried and XXL of this in brown and it was WAY huge. Happy this one worked out.)

The embroidery was as expected from the preview. It was nicely stitched and the color was good against the charcoal material.

I like the thickness and warmth of this hoodie. The charcoal color is great and the embroidery looks nice. My only complaint is that as a 5'4" woman the small is a little long but a little tight in the hips (I later ordered a medium and it was a bit big in the chest and shoulders and still just barely fits in the hips. And obviously still long.) It would be nice to have the same options in a women's fit (heavy and good colors).

Nice looking, high quality, thick-sturdy cap. We found the L/XL to be almost too big for what we thought was a large headed guy...but it works! He is very pleased with it, and thinks it is much better than the standard adjustable ball cap in terms of quality.

The spacing was a little large in areas, but overall it is fine and we are pleased with the product.

I think the embroidery was professionally done, everything was done as I wanted the font was great the tread color was right I love my caps and will wear them all the time!

The Hat came and was a S/M Flexfit. A quality Hat. I was concerned that the embroidery of the custom Logo I added was not going to be good. But It was excellent it looks like a Liscensed hat.
