From what I can say it's quite good quality, it looks quite high quality. Though I have to say, according to the size chart, I'm not meant to fit in the small size and nor can a large male... So.. However after buying a small and trying it on it fits perfectly

I think the hat is great. I wear it for Hodgkin's awareness since that ribbon is violet and you don't carry a hat for that.

I was originally unaware that this is a flexfit. Then I ordered the wrong size. (What was I thinking?) But Zazzle fixed it by sending me another one, at no charge -- I think. The process was confusing, but we gotter done. I messed up the second time -- I meant to order navy instead of black. It fits well, but get the navy. It looks better.

The first cap (navy color) was perfect. The second cap (black color) the embroidery was good but a little high.

The product took over a month to be delivered. I had to contact Customer service

Once I received it the hat looked great. I didn't get to give it to him for Father's Day. Waiting for Christmas

Surprised my husband with a logo hat for his new business. other than arriving late, it was a nice hat. He was happy with it. I may order a few more.

Top Quality - I'd buy again.

Light gray thread on Gray hat is very hard to see. The image online made it look different and the reason I ordered. It was a gift and they loved it regardless and it went with the "wingman" t-shirt also presented.

Im giving a 5* because of quality and workmanship...and delivery........However, most likely my issues comes from my lack of knowledge, I seen how you can buy multiple colored but......IE: Black shirt I didnt know how to change to white after using for other shirts ordered...The quantity I purchased I think should have fallen in the over amount orderd..

Embroidery was quality, no wrinkling of embroidery, after wash iron as anything else and it snaps...

Its well done. maybe not perfect on very small print but very good over all.

The cap appears to be of good quality material. The lettering is just what I anticipated from the pictures on the order page. Adjustment is easy and stays secure. This is the only cap I will be wearing until my youngest sister beats her breast cancer.

Embroidery was tight and good quality work. There is a little bit of a fold where the ribbon meets the letters. I think leaving the backing fabric in place there would help. Overall, very satisfied.
