Zazzle exceeded my expectations. My photo backdrop turned out so well that I cried when I saw it. Not only was product amazing, Zazzle was wonderful to work with, they got back to me immediately when I entered the wrong shipping address. They actually sent out a new backdrop to correct address even though the original had already been sent out. Fantastic customer service!

Other than the fact that it is a little dark, the picture is exactly what I was after, and it was very affordable.

As noted, it turned out a bit darker than I expected. This harmed the contrast and made the overall picture slightly less clear.

The "paper" is beautifully printed and the wording is accurate; however, it is just that...a piece of paper! I was expecting an actual poster that was heavy enough to stand on its own on an easel. In fact, I paid extra for a piece of paper that I now have to find a poster board to attach it to so that it can stand upright. I arrived rolled up in a heavy cardboard triangular box and so, it needs to get "unrolled" to even attach to a firmer board. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED BECAUSE, THERE IS NO PERSON TO TALK TO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

Printing is perfect.

The printout was good, although the proof and final result were different. Additionally, it arrived significantly wrinkled. The box in which it was put was good, and so was the tube - it seems it was damaged as it was being packaged.

This very classy banner tied in perfectly to all my flowers and over all feel of the baby shower! It was perfect.. the size, the colors and style!

This is just lovely and completes the look of Italy in my bathroom. Makes me happy to see it ...like looking at the window at a lovely scene of Chianti

I was pleased with the quality.

Ordered a good quality poster but came damaged from the courier. Contacted zazzle and was able to come through to supply a new poster in time for our wedding undamaged.

Print was perfect but would be better if there was an option for thicker poster boards to select from so the posters are not rolled up when delivering.
