I am extremely disappointed with this order. A FedEx shipping label was created on June 10, but FedEx never actually received the package. Tracking never showed any movement beyond the label being created, and the item never arrived. After waiting and trying to get answers, I was told I would need to reorder the item. My order was officially “returned” and refund in the form of a zazzle credit was issued. What makes this even more frustrating is that customer service would not offer expedited shipping on the replacement order, despite the fact that the original order was never delivered due to a shipping issue outside of my control. I was really looking forward to seeing my dad’s face when he received this gift on Father’s Day, but after almost 2 weeks of it being “shipped”, it’s nowhere to be found and there was no gift for him to open. The lack of communication, failure to resolve the shipping problem, and unwillingness to help with faster replacement shipping has left me very frustrated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend purchasing if this is how missing orders are handled.

This was supposed to be a Baggage Claim sign. Instead I received someone elses Welcome sign for their wedding.

This came out so perfect! Colors were vibrant and format was easy to customize. I ordered the poster print 24x36 and just bought a plain black poster frame from another seller. Looked great on an easel at her shower!🩷

The customized poster came out exactly as I had designed thru the Zazzle website, and it does look Very Good. 👍👍😃 But it was a long wait for Printing & Travel Delivery process from, Texas to Western-Mass.

Very disappointed with product. It took a long time to be delivered after ordering and the printing on the fabric was very poor. Asked for and received a refund.

This product was flimsy and did not look as presented on the website. The company is difficult to deal with and get money back. They also did not honor expedited shipping even though and additional $40 was paid. They also would not refund this money. I will never use this company again.

Quality of the poster was good, but the package arrived slightly wrinkled. I don’t think rolling is a good solution for smaller posters. Left some creases.
