Not Otto hats anymore they are garbage

Unusable, the artwork is grossly off-centered. The artwork too is printed so dark that doesn’t even show on black background. Very disappointing!

The script added to the shirt was supposed to be, “Nanny.” I started over several times, and decided it was a software issue that was not showing it clearly. It came looking much like it did in the preview. Not sure what the issue was , but it is totally unreadable. I have ordered several items from you in the past, that were good. This was a total disaster.🤷‍♀️

Had a flaw issue on this one. Contacted customer service, filled out the form and added photo. They responded promptly, politely and throughly. Things aren't always perfect and how a company makes it right is what really counts. Zazzle made it right! Highly recommended seller!

The hat came with some weird looking vertical stains/lines. It will not be used like that. It will probably be in the closet forever. Waste of money .

So happy with my order I’ll be getting two more! Created these for my friends dad‘s 80th birthday planning to wear ours to the party and gift one to him. It will be perfect. The fit runs a little small. I normally wear a medium, and the medium I purchased is comfortable, but a little shorter than most T-shirts. My husband wears a large and his fits, but is a little snug. Quality of the picture and shirt itself are great!

I purchased this item, when it arrived it was too small, I reached out to Zazzle to see if I could get a bigger size and they wouldn’t even give me a discount off another size, all the money I spend on this site, I’m really disappointed!!

Abit disappointed by the shirt I received. You can't see the Colossians 3:23 text in the background, like the image that was created before I purchased the shirt. I won't order anymore customized things from Zazzle because I just ordered magnets and there was an issue.
