So disappointed!!!!!!!! These 2 sets of 5 glasses came 2 days later than promised (after the engagement party) for my daughter and her fiancé. I am beyond angry. The wine glasses are of such poor quality (Dollar Store quality). Thick rims at top. The glasses were all dusty with prints all over them. The etching is so faint and when I hand washed them, the etching came off. See pictures. I can imagine what would happen after dishwashing them. Horrible. This order cost more that $200!!!! They even make you pay $20 to have someone quality inspect them before shipping! Shouldn’t that be part of your service???Asking for full refund. I have been a loyal customer of Zazzle for years and will never buy from them again. Way overpriced for cheap quality glasses with poor etching. Also you can’t order glasses as an even number….I had to buy sets of 5 or 10….how about if I wanted 6 or 8? So bizarre. Lesson learned. Don’t buy glasses from them!!

Item never arrived. Customer service was awful and did not resolve my issue or request for a refund. Lodged with CSA for a refund. If I could get less stars I would.

The shirt looked great and was delivered in a timely manner. However the feel of it from what my husband said was not that great. He said it felt like he had a giant sticker on his chest from where the image was printed. Perhaps the shirt that I chose was a little too thin? Not sure.

I’m very fussy about materials and shirt materials. They mounted my art image and it’s not that super plastic like . Shirts are heavy cotton by Gildan. I love that they are pre-shrunk. Every time I vend, folks go crazy about this one!

This was the easiest site to custom order 80th bday shirts for a family party. They looked SO good - family was thrilled.

I’m giving it a 2 star not because of the print because it was exactly as we wanted. It’s because of the supposed acrylic material it doesn’t seems to be acrylic. It seems like a coke bottle plastic material and it’s flimsy. I don’t think the material quality was as advertised. It’s was the only disappointment.

Sizes run small, suggest you order a size up. Was not very happy with print quality, visible streaks. Can't really recommend this one.

The printing is bright and clear and the shirt arrived quickly

Fraudulently charged me an annual membership and I see nowhere here to reclaim that. I don't know you people -- these purchases were made elsewhere.

Great quality. Love the graphic and the ability to personalize it. Since the gender was not known, I went with both pink and blue. The contrast is awesome. Next time, I will probably order the next larger size.

Love the backpack. It's sturdy and roomy. The music notes are colorful and bright. My granddaughter picked it out and loves it!

I'd give the design (of this particular shirt) a 5 if it weren't for the lousy experience with Zazzle. They sent me 3 junk t-shirts I didn't order and only 2 that I did and called it good. I had to jump through hoops to get customer service to fix this. Also, buyer beware! On the 5 t-shirts I ordered that were either women's large or extra large, the fit is different for each one, and is not true to the size chart measurements. Forget the size charts and the description on the product page and use a pair of dice to figure out what size to order because there is no consistency.
