We order T-shirts from Zazzle every year (this year was our fifth year) for a trip we take with our five grandchildren. We have never been disappointed! Always great service and great T-shirts!

On the picture the logo looks like in the middle and when we received the t-shirt was on the left side. Completely wrong we couldn’t use to the event. Very bad.

I try to review the white one and it didn’t allow me. The job was very bad in the picture the log looks in the middle but on the t-shirt I received from you the logo is on the left side of the t-shirt was impossible to use in our event. Very bad for us to count with something it came completely wrong.

Disappointed with quality control on recent event order I ordered bulk t-shirts from Zazzle for an event after approving test samples. Unfortunately, the final batch was a letdown: Color mismatch: The "white" shirts arrived as a dirty-looking off-white instead of crisp white. Misaligned graphic: One shirt had the print placed 4 inches too low, cutting off half the design when tucked in. Because of our event timeline, I had to distribute them as-is instead of returning them. I've ordered from Zazzle before with good results, but this experience was disappointing. I hope your team improves quality control going forward

Hello, I like the text and color of this shirt, bout am very disappointed with the quality and texture of the fabric. The fabric is scratchy, not soft- although it stars it is 100% Cotton. I tried washing and rinsing it to see if it it improve the texture, but it did not help. I’m not sure if it’s the dye that is used, but I have very sensitive skin and the fabric is so scratchy against my skin that I cannot wear it.

My only complaint is is small the picture is to short size. I wish it would adjust for larger shirts.

My best friend loves her sister-in-laws dogs that they volunteer to dog sit whenever the opportunity is there. I thought this would be a perfect Zazzle gift to send her.

I ordered size 2XL. I received the shirt with a label saying it was 2XL but in reality it was sized as a medium. When i asked Zazzle customer support for a refund they could only give me a credit on their site for a future purchase and would not refund the shipping. So I am out essentially the whole cost because I am not buying anything else from your company. When I asked for a refund I was ignored. Then you send me an email to write about my experience, clearly unaware of what happened. So not only are your customer interactions automated and frustrating your automated follow up emails show a real disconnect between your company and customers.

Good summer t-shirt. Thinner fabric than my other choice. And it ran smaller in size.

This is not clear at all - there is a cloudy film on the back that made my logo/writing totally unreadable. This was a waste unfortunately

Zazzle has exceeded all expectations! I lost my parents within 29 days of each other, April and then May of this year. There are 27 immediate family members that will be wearing these shirts to the combined celebration of life we are having in August and I am extremely elated with how awesome these turned out.
