Plaque and image were beautiful EXCEPT - the image contained a date and words that were backwards in image we received on the plaque

I have used pictures before to decorate. These are great! Quality is good, easy to transport and decorates a table quickly and easily. Especially, because pictures are on both sides.

Customized lettering was not as dark as the preview. Many letters where not applied completely and there are lighter areas within the letters. Its a shame, we were really looking forward to these glasses but were overall disappointed in the poor quality of the customization.

The quality was amazing. I am very pleased with the product. My wife had just retired from the VA DOC, after 20 years and I was looking for something special for her retirement, and this was absolutely perfect . This plack was the perfect idea, the quality was excellent...I will definitely order again if I find something else that makes a statement for the perfect occasion

You can barely see the business logo. The names are so light but a bit more visible. Extremely disappointed.
