The production was great. My design needs work. For one thing it will be better on a 3.5x1.25 badge. These are the things you never know until you see the final copy.

Disappointed that I have to assemble my name tags myself. The magnetic pin portion is separate and I have to attach it to the cheap plastic name tag...

I bought 4 of these shot glasses for myself and gifts for 3 other ladies going on my birthday trip in February. I just opened the box and part of the U and part of the A in February are missing. I know its at the very bottom of the glass and tiny, but I paid for it to be there and I know that its missing.

My friend liked these coasters. Looks like zazzle did a very nice job on them. 🙂

Not straight. A little hard to tell from picture but it’s definitely crooked. I measured it to make sure I wasn’t imagining it and the right side is lower.. this is a Christmas gift and there won’t be time to make it right before then. Very disappointing.

For the price I paid I was hoping for a better product. It was nicely packaged so it has to have happened before shipping. Wood is chipped

We ordered a custom shot glass for a very special moment — asking my cousin to marry us — and planned to give it as a holiday gift. When it arrived, we were devastated to see it was completely wrong. Instead of our proposal, it said “Go to sleep Bethenny Frankel.” This wasn’t just a mistake — it ruined our proposal plan and our holiday gift. We trusted Zazzle with something deeply meaningful, and that trust was broken. I’m truly heartbroken and disappointed.

Make a tie clip that clips on a woman's shelirt shirt from the left. Now I have 3 tie clips you made and I can't use them because the emblem would be upside down.
