Terrible worst quality so thin. Not even 1 star. Never again

I sent an email on 5/15 regarding damaged product and have not heard back from anyone regarding my return. I need resolution asap.

Do not buy! Cute design but at almost $2 per plate the quality should have been so much better. The plates are very thin, like on that old commercial where as soon as you put food on it it collapses. Totally feel ripped off.

Order 8 April for 9 May event. Did not arrive until after event. Total waste now. Very disappointed.

Terrible quality of plate. Super thin and flimsy. Very disappointed and was embarrassed to use them at baby shower. Very expensive for the cheap quality!

The description said “each set of 8 plates” so I ordered 15 sets expecting to receive 120 plates. Instead I received 32 plates for almost $2/plate. The only customer service is automated which wasn’t helpful and the only resolution appears to be to return these plates and reorder everything. My party is in 2 weeks so I don’t trust that it will happen. Just frustrated.

High quality. Perfect for husband’s birthday. Many compliments. Arrived on schedule.

The plates were beautiful. Nothing special about the quality of plate, it is just okay but the personalization and watercolor is beautiful.

Everything came on time and as promised. It was a wonderful addition to our birthday celebration.

The burnt orange terracotta and greenery foliage plates are amazing beautiful. They are going to look elegantly perfect on my Thanksgiving table.

Design is great but thickness of plate is not very thin ate pizza on them doesn’t absorb and very flimsy! Definitely need something firmer underneath it.

The wrong date was printed on my plates. I'm trying to get new plates with the correct dates sent to me. The correct date is Friday, September 18, 2026.

Received product and the quality was fair, personalization was okay but the plates were bent from shipping, they were just placed in a bag and sent USPS. The plates were thin, not a quality product. I was going to use them for a wedding but I don't feel that they were nice enough. I would not recommend this product. I'm glad I only purchased a small amount as to not waste my money.

It's beautiful. But it took so long to arrive that it was useless to me.

I did not reveived this item only napkins. And thank you cards I hope someone getting in touch with me

The plates were not very sturdy. Was hoping for a better quality seeing I paid a lot for them

The name and date are completely wrong
