I am a wife, mother of three grown boys, granny of two, and most importantly, a follower of Jesus Christ. Jesus is my hero, and I want to be one salty sister for Him. Matthew 5:13 "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot". I want to be a full-flavored salty vessel for Him, and I hope by reading and watching this video blog, you too will be challenged to become one salty vessel. Over the years, God has given me great opportunities to experience first hand His Greatness, His Love, and His Mercy. He has used the challenging, unlovable, bad tasting, and gut-wrenching circumstance to mold me, teach me, and grow me. His faithfulness is undeniable, and His intimate presence in my life through the Holy Spirit is something that no one should ever live without. By the way, this video blog is His idea, not mine, and while I tried to wiggle out of it, His gentle nudge has been persistent to push me forward to do His will. (He is bossy like that.) I don't know about you but when I stand before Him I want to stand empty. So be mindful as you tune in to read and listen to what He inspires and leads me to share and realize that this is all about HIM. As you listen and read also know that I open my heart to each of you to share the good, the bad, and the ugly arenas of my life only that you might find comfort, peace, and joy in knowing that you are not the only one that LIFE happens. In addition to all of that, I welcome the opportunity to speak about Him, provide Bible Study groups, and motivational speaking.
