Item came from China, came in a cheap box. I thought it came from US artisan

Print was ok, won’t be ordering from Zazzle again

The key chain / charm arrived in a cheap box that said Made in China. I thought I was ordering from artisan jewelry made in the US.

Quality was ok, this was the first time I had ordered from Zazzle. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

There is no glitter and the red is a bit dull. It was my fault that I did not check the spelling of EDRIS name before I finalized the purchase.

I was not pleased with the quality of the color or the final printing of EDRIS' name (that was my fault I did not recheck the final printing). However, the cup was nice and she was happy that I thought about her for her birthday.

Delivery time was exceptional...I chose fastest delivery and it was delivered in 3 business days to Australia. The only issue was the delivery driver from FedEx just threw the box over the fence. Despite this and the printing issues, I still think it is quite good. It was a gift for my brother so I can't comment of how hot it keeps drinks.

The words/letters printed clearly but the red background appears blotchy i.e. darker patches. Red background also is more brown than the red colour on screen.

The first mug did not have enough contrast between the seaweed and the background black. It was not like the sample shown in the order photo. Zazzle re-made it for free and the new mug looked fine! Thanks for the great customer service!
