This is my third time purchasing the customizable mug, and each time I have received a quality product. I've given them as gifts and the recipients have loved them. Shipping is generally pretty fast, I received my previous purchases in the expected timeframe, however there was an issue with shipping this past Christmas so if you need around major holidays, plan ahead! I would definitely recommend this product.

The ordering process was easy. I appreciated the ability to select different fonts and graphics and I got it in a reasonable time frame. The actual product was exactly what was pictured when I ordered and is of good quality. I'll definitely go to Zazzle again if I need this kind of product.

The font was exactly as pictured and sharp. The graphic and colors were sharp and true, as well.

The tumbler is durable and slim in size so it will fit into any size car cup holder. It can be used on a daily basis.
