I thought the product was excellent. I loved the quality and look. The only thing I would have added was the ability to add the image on both sides (front and back) of the tumbler. The printing turned out better than I thought. It was amazing!

I have several ceramic coffee mugs with my daughter's communication board but wanted to get something I could carry ice water around in. This tumbler is awesome! My iced water stays nice and cold for several hours. The printing was very vivid and clear.
