These pens are the cutest things. Love them.

These pens are a complete disaster. Not only do they stop writing halfway through, but they also look embarrassingly cheap. Avoid at all costs.

Ink came blue instead of black

i love the fact that you can personalized your pen so no one can steal it but i used it only less than a month and the ink was gone:( but i still love the fact that i can see my wedding pic in the pen:)

I give this an average rating because the pens arrived with the writing too small. I know I personalized the pen, but I feel like when the independent creator was designing them and saw that some of the writings were too small to be read, they could have contacted me. That would have literally been good customer service.

Too small. The person I got it for couldn't read it and neither could I. The only reason I know what's written on the second line is because I personalized it.

I love the bold blue stripes, quality eraser.

not what i expected. ,thought it was going to be glittery and decent quality. instead, made of cheap plastic with a sticker wrapped around it, very disappointing and expensive for Dollar-store quality. Two starts because it writes well.

I honestly don't think this pen is for me. It's fat and keeps running out of ink (which is not even possible). Brand new and extremely difficult to use (so I won't). I don't recommend this particular pen for your business.

Black makes it harder to see logo, so next time I will get a white one
