This was a christmas gift, and here it is, after the holiday and I still have no blanket. I was sent the completey wrong order and when I called to report it, I was on hold numerous times for well over a half hour. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me my new order would be expedited quickly. As long as I had it for Christmas, I was happy. 2 Days before the holiday I called again to verify I would have it on time. I was told I would have it Christmas eve day...It is now the 28th and I have not received an email a call OR my BLANKET. I am 1000% furstrated. At this point, I would not reccomend this site to anyone souly based on the fact that the customer service is lacking.
