Hi. You did a beautiful job reproducing my paintings on the tote bag. In addition to the one I ordered for myself, I ordered three to be sent as gifts with a message. Nobody got the message and didn’t know why they received it. That was very disappointing.

the fabric is exactly as described, very pretty. the zipper and stitching could be better, not professionally done, has tucks and pulled seams. Not worth the hassle of returning

I recently bought two tote bags at the same time (English Village tote and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel tote). They were delivered quickly, the quality of the tote material and photos were excellent. They are well made and I am very happy with them. I recommend them highly.

The personalization was done well, but the shipping was outrageous. It was packed in a flimsy bag that offered no protection at all. It arrived somewhat rumpled. I hope it will smooth out when I use a steamer. I'm very disappointed.

Material is top quality and well made, photo was sharp (and adorable!), with fast delivery service. Am very pleased!

I ordered a blanket for my mom’s 90th birthday. Her great grandkids made a birthday card for her. I placed the card and a picture of the grandchild next to it. Turned out beautiful.

The photo in the website does not match the crossbody bag. The”handle” does not match the one in the photograph.

I was deeply disappointed with this blanket. The only upside is that it is lovely and soft. The blanket was defective when it arrived with a tear in the fabric and defects in other parts of the fabric. Due to the print of the tartan, the white underneath is obvious and can't be covered up. The quality is poor. The colour doesn't match the photos on the website, and it's a dark, dull finish rather than the bright red on the website. It appears brighter in these photos with a flash. This blanket cost me more than $100 (inc shipping) and I feel I've been completely ripped off. The only reason I'm not returning it is that I'll have to pay again to ship it back and that will end up costing more than the cost of the blanket. I'm not prepared to throw good money after bad. Unfortunately, I'm not at all satisfied on this occasion.
