Happy Little Plover is the store I created to share my art with the world. Whenever I’m engrossed in drawing or pattern making I’m in my happy place, like a little plover, running free in the great outdoors with not a care in the world! The colour and beauty I observe in nature is the greatest inspiration for my designs. Spotting a delicate wildflower, hearing a bird call or picking up a curly leaf makes me happy. Similarly, old houses, gates, mailboxes and outdoor seats grab my attention. My favourite tools are pens, watercolours and an iPad. I am currently working out of my caravan as I move around Western Australia.
