The notepad fell apart when I took it out of the mailed package. There is no way it can be used on a refrigerator (with the magnet) as multiple sheets fall out. It was a holiday gift for my mother-in-law so I'm disappointed.

I’m so funny and that’s why this worked out well. However, quality of magnet is great so you can see all details!

So disappointed. The puzzle pieces are super thin and stuck together. Came in a very small box. I had to pay over $10 for shipping. Was supposed to be a gift but im too embarrassed to give it. Never again.

I have requested to be reimbursed and have heard nothing!!!! Very frustrated!

This item came twice in pieces and the two names were mixed in each notepad.

The Wedding Album I purchased that was designed by Jasmine Ashlee looks incredible. High quality and exactly as I designed it! The brude and groom were absolutely floored by it. Moreover Ashlee's prices are more than fair for the caliber of quality you receive. 5 Stars all day my friends!!!

Unfortunately the quality was lower than expected. I ordered 5 notepads and the cardboard backing of 3 of them fell off so wasn’t secure or glued on very well. A few of the pages were missing the image (not major but still not what I thought I’d get) anyway if I had to order again I wouldn’t select this one.

I’ve attempted over 10 times to get some to assist me with the in consistent front’s size and color. I’m very disappointed in the service.

I ordered a custom puzzle from Zazzle. They got it wrong FOUR times! The first time, the image didn’t fill the puzzle. The second time they sent me the wrong puzzle. The third time, I had three pieces left over that wouldn’t fit anywhere, plus a piece from an unrelated puzzle. The fourth time, one of the border pieces was missing. And to top it all off, Zazzle refused to give me a refund, because I had opted for a replacement puzzle on the first order. I have purchased three puzzles from Zazzle previously, with no problems, so I don’t have a clue as to what their problem is this time around. I would NOT recommend buying any puzzles from Zazzle, custom or otherwise. There are plenty of other photo puzzles companies out there, so I’m taking my business elsewhere.
