I ordered a personalized puzzle as a Christmas present for my family saying we are going on a Princess cruise June, 2026, and what a disappointment it was that I received the example photo puzzle advertised. I do not recommend anyone order anything from your company. What a waste of money and such a letdown when I was so excited to present a special gift of a cruise to my family. Kathy Howe

This was a gift for someone who lost their dog. The quality & colors were excellant. I know that most pet owners have lots of pictures. This gives you more than enough to display & the Big Letter makes it stand out. Very nice.

Your delivery time is great. Having not purchased a puzzle for myself I don't know if the values are as the picture but hope so as I gave several puzzles from my pictures as gifts.

Bad quality puzzle.... Although the print was nice, the puzzle pieces peel off... some where scratched and one puzzle piece is missing!!!! After finishing the entire puzzle!
