Love this product! I have ordered for several different photos.

This particular order had a few flaws in the finishing on the first product that arrived. Sent a picture to customer service and they expedited a replacement. Very happy with it.

This is the fourth puzzle we had made. Quality was great - Except - - that the cutting of the pieces was not as precise as on our other puzzles. Some pieces were not fully cut and when taken apart they tore a bit making them hard to put together. Cutters should be check to see that they are sharp enough to fully cut the pieces. This said- all else was fine and we will order our fifth custom puzzle.

Our design turned out great! We upload high quality photos and the image always comes out clear and as expected.

As I expected, this puzzle is a little challenging but is slowly coming together. I place a few pieces each day and stretch out the fun of completing. it.

It's perfect. Our mailbox is a locked box with a slot for incoming mail with no place to put outgoing mail. With the magnet, it informs the mail person to come inside to pick up outgoing mail.

I love that I could submit my design and have a product within a week or so! This was such an easy service and my grandparents were so excited to get a notepad with my design on it! The only reason I withheld one star was because I selected to make the background of my uploaded design white, but there was still a grayish tint to it on the final product. Otherwise it looked great! Can't wait to make something else. :)

We bought this as a way to say Thank You to my daughter's host family in Argentina. They love Frida Kahlo and we hope they will like this funny play on her self portrait and Day of the Dead imagery. We could put a small 'thank you' message at the bottom, and Zazzle has a great story with the fact that American artists can sell their designs on the site. The puzzle came in a nice box with the disassembled puzzle in it. Though I haven't reassembled the puzzle completely, I could see that the image was vivid and well produced.

The quality was very clear and vivid.
