My Custom Favor Boxes turned out great!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company on zazzle. I paid $27 for expedited shipping, expecting my package to arrive on time. Unfortunately, not only did my shipment arrive later than promised, but the company also used the cheapest postal carrier instead of a reliable service like UPS or FedEx. This is unacceptable, especially considering the high shipping fee I paid. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service to request a refund for the shipping cost, I received no satisfactory response. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected better service for the price I paid and will think twice before ordering from this company again.

Very nice product, made a nice gift for night before dinner with some after dinner mints.

The hat is cute but incredibly frustrating to assemble. Very poorly designed. You have to push tabs through a slit and the size is off. You can get one side in easily but the 2nd tab doesn’t want to push through & secure. I actually broke one (see torn slit in photo). If they had tacky strips like a self adhesive envelope it would be much easier. So buy more than you need and don’t wait until the last minute to assemble.

Wow! These are advertised for 80 Year BD? Should be like 8 months. So small. Would like a refund please!

On a computer everything looks bigger, but getting the box in real life was disappointing. There's so much blank space there is no excuse as to why the writing could not be larger. The "T" in Thank You on the top of the box is cut off. I'm disappointed in the quality control. It's such a beautiful design but the layout does it such a disservice.

The year on the gift box says 2004 instead of 2024..

I ordered this three weeks in advance so I can have them for My Baby’s first birthday party now his party is on the 19th and it says boxes don’t come until the 20th. That’s horrible. I will never use. I will never use this again. Poor communication.

Not good I am not getting it on time

Looks great. I had a little hard time folding and getting lined up. One of the tabs was a little off but it works fine!

This little gift box is the perfect size! It holds approximately 25 to 40 Hershey kisses! Love it!

Smaller than I thought but the design is so cute and accurate.

I loved this product. I actually tweaked the design in the editor that came with the product and they turned out better than I expected. They were a good size and are going to work great for the party.
