I was. Wet disappointed. The bag came with a wrinkle on it. It was mailed in a flat bag. When it went through the mail process it must have pressed on the area where the bottoms of the bag folds. This left a deep wrinkle in the bag.

Shipped on time. Great quality. Exactly as pictured.

Make sure you read the details of the size you’re ordering. I’m not sure if it’s my mistake or the bag is just much smaller than it appeared. Also make sure you’re choosing the right finish. I thought I chose matte, but I received glossy.

the prints are a blur. what you see in the photo is the unclear printing.

I bought gift bags with my wedding picture on it. I’ll use this for a goody bag at my anniversary party. It will make such a cute presentation. Good quality even though the image I provided was just an iPhone pic of my wedding portrait. I love these!

what a huge expensive disappointment. I thought the image would cover the whole sheet of 10- x14... my project is now ruined and the printing was super costly I now have to toss the papers. useless

I ordered custom bags for a client event and didn’t realize there would be printing on the backside. The front has my client logo the rear has a generic wedding logo. I would expect the seller to reasonably understand no one would intentionally place an order this way and reach out for clarification. Imagine my surprise when I receive bags that I cannot use. I am extremely disappointed and upset as this was not a cheap order.

Love it, but packaging is lacking. The matte texture is super cool and the printing/customization is wonderful. That being said, this is the second gift bag in a row I have received bent/crushed gift bag. Both times the gift bags arrived in a bubble mailer without anything stiff to protect the gift bag in transit. I love Zazzle and hope they see this review.
