That’s a lot of money to pay for something that could’ve been an actual scrapbook. As a customer, I can admit that I overlooked the fact that it’s a binder, but it should’ve been a lot bigger. I feel like I wasted my time on this and I usually get really good products from Zazzle, but not this time. Anybody can buy a binder and print on it.

The color is very pale, the binder closes unevenly and feels thin and cheap. Very disappointing and I am unlikely to use it for the gift I had planned. Will not order from this store in the future.

I need to adjust the "Welcome Home" on the binder, the "e" ends up in the edge of the binder and difficult to see. I wasn't clear this would be the case when designing it.

I am disappointed in the colors. I ordered a spiral notebook and 3 mini binders. The coloring between the two are vastly different. The spiral notebook looks amazing and the coloring closely mimics the computer monitor. However, the binder doesn’t match the spiral notebook at all. When I pulled them out of the box, I thought the background pattern was pink instead of tan. They look like they were faded by the sun. I understand that the material is different, but I would anticipate calibrations and adjustments would be made to account for that. The quality of products are wonderful except for this coloring issue.

I have been trying for 2 days to get Zazzle to help me with a damaged ring binder, the only one of many I have ordered that is not functioning but their website is impossible and I am furious at their lack of customer service.

Absolutely dissapointing for 26$ the quality is horrible and is nothing even close to leather and is super poor quality. Very dissapointed because I bought this for work.
