Image quality was fine, writing was fine. Easy to design and customise. My order was lost though, after contacting Zazzle support they fix it straight away and sent me a replacement. 10/10 customer support and service.

The ornament of our dog was exactly what I was hoping for.

The paw prints around the edge and the photo in the middle are clear and complimentary. The acrylic is very thick and allowed for double sided photos. The colors were true to the picture and the ribbon to hang the ornament was perfect.

Good quality, clear images

I have been a customer of dazzle for many years now, every year I purchase personalised Christmas ornaments for my family as gifts and for myself with our favorite photos of the year. Our trees are now are decorated with memories. Zazzles customer service is 1st class. I had an issue with my order this year so my order had to be cancelled so I could redo the design. I was so worried I wouldn't receive it in time as I am a last minute person and always place my order just weeks before Christmas. I expressed my concern to customer service and they were more then helpfull. I live in Australia and even with all that happened I received my order in less then a week. Right in time. I will be a customer of Zazzles for year to come..

I am only disappointed there was more room for my granddaughter's name to be larger. Otherwise, I thought it was a great idea and a good product.

I was just a little disappointed in the color of the name. It didn't stand out as much as I would have liked. That was probably my fault for choosing the color I chose.

This is a wonderful way to express your remembrance of a very special date in a couple's life. After hanging it on the Christmas tree, my cousin now displays it in her curio cabinet.
