I like the fact that I was able to customize it.

The printing is beautiful. I like that I was able to pick a font, I just forgot to put the name on both sides.

I can't wait to put these on the tables at our party. They are absolutely gorgeous, and so very different.

Placing the design was a little tricky.Just took an extra few minutes to understand how to best place it so that it would be seen properly.

I was a little apprehensive about how the picture would come out on the luggage tag, but it looks great! My luggage will be easy to find on the carousel because of the custom tag, and no one will be able to say it's theirs, because my picture is on the tag!

I did not alter the side of the tag with the photo, but it was moved somehow and I did not see it. This resulted in 1/3 of the image being cut off and what did print is incomplete.

Liked the idea of a fun way to find my luggage. Wrote a quip to baggage handlers in hopes they, too, would smile and treat my luggage gently. Got several for gifts for relatives who fly a good deal.

I did have to have these redone. The final product turned out great. The writing shows well by changing to a light color. The flamingos are the right direction and match the writing. Well made. Should last through many trips.

I take care of patients in the hospital setting and often the patients are too week to sit forward and sign important documents on there bedside tables. Many patients in the hospital are scared and anxious as well. Then I pull kermit out and seeing a ridiculously happy frog smiling at them just makes them grin ear to ear as they sign important life changing documents. I was expecting rhinestones, true bling. Instead, it's a picture of bling with your name. It serves the purpose.

My contact information was the focus point on the tag. I can appreciate that.

Printing was perfect. Actually, it was better than I expected, so is there some word to signify "more than perfect"? If so, that's what it is.
