I wasn't sure what to expect from the luggage tag, but it is nicely made and seems like it would hold up well. I plan to use it as a pet tag not a luggage tag but it seems like it would hold up to that also.

The printing quality is nice although it seems like it is card stock or something sandwiched between two pieces of plastic, so it's possible the paper could get wet and cause the printing to run?

Exactly what I expected.

Colors are bright, clear and pretty sharp.

I liked the size and that I could customize an ornament....

the spacing of the letters and numbers was not adjustable...so I feel the text and date are a little bit too tight....and it would be nice to have more fonts to choose from.

The printing looks great; makes it look very professional. I kind of wish I had put some text on the back as well. Maybe a favorite quote or verse...

This is a great product. Nice quality - looks and feels well made. Haven't used yet, so can't attest to durability, but looks like it will do well. Got these as stocking stuffers for the kids. Can use them on their suitcases when we travel, sports bags for easy ID, music instrament case. Will likely get more to cover all the uses.

This was an AMAZING gift & I highly recommend it! I ordered another one at the same time that didn't turn out well, which was strange, but this one is fantastic!

This is the second time I've ordered this product, and will do so again as our department needs continue to grow. We use these to brand our bags that contain equipment for checkout. Very effective for the branding and the quality is great.

I'm perturbed when I left the middle line for phone number blank, the words PHONE NUMBER were printed. Not fatal but how could this happen when I purposely left it blank? So bummed since this is a gift. Hoping customer service can fix this.

These did not come in a gift box as stated. Also, were like two pieces of glass fused together with pictures in between them, not the 360 degree pictures that were advertised.
